I sit down with my clients and go over blood work, nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, and diet.

We work together to resolve those imbalances, reduce inflammation from the inside on a cellular level, and create an environment internally to facilitate healing whether it’s from pain, injuries, or disease.

Pairing this with Myofascial Release is beneficial because in order for the body to repair tissue, it needs to get the proper calories and protein intake.

The calories allow your body to produce the energy needed to heal.

Protein gives your body the materials needed to heal damaged tissues.

Who I am and what I do:

My name is Jessica Robie, I am a John Barnes Trained Myofascial Release Therapist. I’ve been a licensed therapist and Myofascial Release Practitioner since 2015.

I also received my Nutrition Coaching Certificate in 2023 when I realized many of my clients were not getting enough protein and nutrients to restore damaged tissues.

I now combine Myofascial Release and Nutrition Coaching to create an environment where you can reduce full body inflammation, pain, and disease/dysfunction in the body.

 

I work with people who have tried everything, who have had failed surgeries and trying to avoid surgery, who are trying to get off medications, or not be on medications at all.

People who have struggled with years of pain and/or illness.

Things like: TMJ, Headaches/Migraines, Neck Pain, Fibromyalgia, Depression, Anxiety…
