Nutrition Coaching for Real-Life Healing

Tired of trendy diets, calorie-counting apps, or being told to “just eat less”?

That’s why my nutrition coaching is built for real people with real health problems.

We start with a comprehensive nutrition screening to help uncover nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, and hidden factors affecting your energy, pain levels, and overall health.

We’ll also go over any bloodwork or lab results, because they only matter if someone actually explains them to you.

No food restriction. No guilt. Just practical, science-backed strategies that help your body heal from the inside out.

I typically pair nutrition coaching with Myofascial Release for clients dealing with chronic pain or injuries.

Why? Because proper nutrition reduces inflammation, supports tissue repair, and boosts your body’s ability to heal, so you can get better results, faster.

Nutrition coaching is especially helpful for:

  • Hormonal imbalances

  • Autoimmune disorders

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Arthritis & joint pain

  • High blood pressure

  • Cholesterol issues

  • Organ dysfunction

  • Years of chronic pain

If your body’s been waving red flags, it’s time to listen. Let’s give it the support it’s been asking for, one meal at a time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you create meal plans?
Not exactly. I help you figure out what to eat and why, based on your body’s needs. I’ll guide you in building meals that support healing, energy, and hormone balance. Think of it more as meal guidelines.

Do you count calories or macros?
Nope. I don’t believe in obsessing over numbers. We focus on real food, protein intake, and giving your body the nutrients it actually needs to heal, not just survive.

Can this help with chronic pain?
Absolutely. I often combine nutrition coaching with Myofascial Release, because what you eat directly affects inflammation and tissue healing. If you're dealing with chronic pain, we hit it from both the inside and outside.

Will I have to give up my favorite foods?
Unless your favorite food is MnM’s and soda, probably not. I’m not here to demonize carbs or make you eat salads with every meal. It’s about upgrading what you're already doing, giving you the tools to move at your own pace, not turning your life upside down.

What if I’ve already tried other diets or nutritionists?
Great — you already know what doesn’t work. My approach is different. No restrictions, no shaming, and no chasing trends. We look at your body as a whole, and we work together to support real healing.

Do I need lab work or blood tests first?
Not required, but it helps. If you’ve had recent labs, bring them! If not, I can help you figure out what to ask for from your doctor or functional medicine provider.

Do I HAVE to do Myofascial Release to do Nutrition Coaching?
Not at all! If you have something you want addressed and you don’t need bodywork, we can definitely still work together. In fact, then we can do virtual consultations, and you don’t even need to be in Texas at all.

Can I not do Nutrition Coaching if I ONLY want Myofascial Release?
Yep. I get other clients who do their own nutrition coaching or are already working with a nutritionist who only want bodywork. So absolutely both modalities can be a stand alone service. You do not have to do both of them to receive one or the other.

Who This Is Not For

  • If you're looking for a crash diet or 30-day detox:
I’m not here for quick fixes or skinny teas. This is about long-term healing, not temporary restriction. I want to set you up for success 10 years later.

  • If you just want someone to hand you a meal plan and call it a day:
I work with you, not on you. If you’re not open to learning how to fuel your body or putting in the work, we won’t get very far.

  • If you're not willing to make small changes or show up for yourself:
Healing takes time and consistency. I’ll guide you, but I can’t want it more than you do. It’s a lifestyle.

  • If you're expecting me to treat or diagnose diseases like a doctor:
I support healing through nutrition and Myofascial Release, but I’m not a replacement for your primary care provider.
